Orient Point, NY (Ferry)
So, I didn’t spend time in Orient Point, NY, however I passed by the beautiful small towns on the way to the ferry. When I finally arrived at the dock, I took a few pictures since the weather was comfortable. It really is a beautiful time to come to Long Island, the trees and flowers [...]
Sag Harbor, NY
Sag Harbor, NY is a short drive from Montauk. The harbor is quite beautiful, and the Main Street town reminds me of Los Gatos (Downtown) back home in California. Unfortunately I didn’t get any pictures of the town, maybe next time. I loved the weather. XD
Montauk, New York
Being a tour guide is difficult. It is even more difficult if you are a tour guide for a place you have never been to. For reasons unknown, I have been selected to guide family members on a trip to the east coast… I will update the page with photos from the areas that I [...]
Giorgio’s Italian Food and Pizzeria – Milpitas, CA
For once I’m at a loss at how to start a post, how to start introducing Giorgio’s. This Italian food restaurant isn’t bad, some of the items are quite tasty, but I feel as if nothing stands out substantially. I’ll go ahead and move right into what was ordered. Ravioli Compare (Appetizer) Lemon Chicken Soup [...]
Healthy Porridge – Milpitas, CA
The English name of this restaurant definitely doesn’t sound too appetizing, the two words, “healthy” and “porridge”, when combined makes me think of something you would feed to a person who is not feeling well. The name is also quite misleading, as it makes one think that all this restaurant offers is porridge… which couldn’t [...]
Skyline Boulevard – Los Gatos, CA
Every now and then I get an itching to go for a drive. I’m not really driving to a specific destination, but rather just wandering aimlessly in less populated areas. These drives are a way to relax, and it gives me time to think away from my computer addition and the noises of everyday life. [...]
Marie Callender’s – Milpitas, CA
Usually, I wouldn’t want to put a restaurant such as this one on the site, but I thought that I’d make an exception this time. Since it was pretty late that night, my sister and I went to Marie Callender’s for a late dinner. We ordered a Chicken Tenders appetizer, which came in a “cup” [...]
Mil’s Diner – Milpitas, CA
Ah. Breakfast, American Style. This particular restaurant had decent breakfast items, butI was a little put off by the eggs. I ordered Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs, my sister had Sausage Biscuits and Gravy w/ Eggs, we also had a half order of French Toast as well. Everything was pretty good, the eggs were the [...]
Turmeric Restaurant – Sunnyvale, CA
Yet another Indian Buffet restaurant… Though, I don’t mean “another” in a mundane, average, just like everywhere else way. This particular establishment has something that isn’t commonly seen at Indian buffets, white meat. Usually the other restaurants offer dark meat (chicken thighs and legs) as their staple meat source. Turmeric offers large boneless chunks of [...]
